HandHugs are made for real kids' adventures – and those tend to get a little messy sometimes. Here's what to keep in mind when it comes to care.
Before the first wear
Check the care label on the glove – that's where you'll find the binding washing and care instructions, including the exact wash temperature and care symbols. Since we're currently finalizing production, we'll add these binding details here on this page as well, as soon as they're confirmed. Until then, the following general recommendations apply.
General tips
- Remove the charms before washing.
- Wash the gloves gently, at a low temperature.
- Don't tumble dry – let them air dry.
- Close the zip before washing, to protect both the zip and the fabric.
Cleaning the charms
Don't wash the charms along with the gloves – clean them separately instead: the best way is to wipe them with a slightly damp cloth. Don't put them in the washing machine or submerge them in water, so the design and snap button stay looking good for longer.
