Where HandHugs comes from, where it's headed, and what that means for you – here's everything about shipping.

Shipping from Germany
HandHugs will ship centrally from Germany. Our goal is to deliver to Germany, the EU, and many more countries worldwide. Since we're just getting started, we're expanding our delivery area step by step – you'll find out exactly which countries are included at launch right here, in good time before we go live.

Our planned shipping regions

– International (including the UK, US, Canada, Switzerland, and more)

This is our goal for future expansion – not all regions will be available from day one. We'll publish exactly which countries we deliver to at launch, and what shipping costs apply, right here before we go live.

Why aren't the costs final yet?
HandHugs is a young company, and we're right in the middle of building it. Before we commit to final shipping costs and destinations, we want to calculate them carefully – honestly and realistically, rather than rushing it. That matters more to us than quick numbers.

Our goal: closer to you
We want to make HandHugs more accessible internationally, step by step. Long term, we're planning to establish a local presence in key markets worldwide – so shipping there becomes faster and more affordable. That's a goal we're working toward, not a promise with a fixed date.
