Your 14-day right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You'll find the full withdrawal policy and the sample withdrawal form on our Withdrawal page.
How returns work
- Contact us at hello@handhugs.de and let us know you'd like to return your order.
- Send the item back unworn, ideally with its tag and original packaging, to the return address we provide.
- As soon as we receive your return or proof that it's on its way, you'll get your payment back within 14 days.
